Summary
The Member Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting our Member Services department and assisting in providing exceptional service to our Members. This individual will primarily be supporting a designated team within Member Services completing key functions necessary to exceed our Member's expectations. These tasks will include research and preparation of necessary Member Services documents and administrative and clerical support functions. The Member Services Coordinator will:
- Provide excellent communication to our Members regarding data acquisition, thorough follow-up, quick resolution of issues, and build great relationships with Members across all industries.
- Participate in Member kick-off calls and be the key contact in acquiring Members data for membership and modeling and communicate status and issues to Member Services Director, Data Management team and Modeling team. Work closely with the Data Management team to resolve data issues and quickly acquire necessary data.
- Manage all Member mail files, key metrics and list of lists, requesting new mail files as needed.
- Assist with New Member set-up through application including Member FTP set-up. Apply updates and changes as necessary. Set up directory folders for management of client information.
- 5. Work with internal systems as necessary to manage the new Member process and Member campaigns.
Education, Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Must be able to produce college transcripts showing minimum 3.0 GPA if applicable.
- 2+ years experience in the direct marketing industry
- 2+ years list circulation or client service experience preferred
- 4+ years experience with Microsoft software products and research capabilities on the Internet
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional problem solving skills and ability to take initiative.
- Ability to work well in a team environment with little direct supervision
- Knowledge and experience using customer service management software

Summary
The Member Services Director will be the primary Member contact within the Wiland Direct organization. Responsibilities include meeting or exceeding revenue goals for the book of Members assigned to them and ensuring Member satisfaction and retention. The Member Services Director will maintain regular communications with their Members and understand the Members business goals and metrics. Additional responsibilities include creating Member development plans to ensure we are meeting Member needs and growing revenues from each Member. Travel to Member offices and industry events are required as necessary. The Director will:
- Increase Revenue for all Assigned Members - Up-sell/Cross Sell to existing Members, create and maintain Member Development Plans, responsible for development and delivery of recommendations and proposals, assist Members and Brokers by providing marketing materials within assigned pool of members.
- Develop Strong Member Relationships . Communicate regularly with Members, understand Member's business, goals and challenges, strategize with Members on solutions and opportunities.
- Deliver World-Class Service - Maintain timely Member issue resolution, adhere to and develop quality control procedures to provide error-free work, sustain a high level of service and support of Members.
Education, Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Must be able to produce college transcripts showing minimum 3.0 GPA if applicable
- Minimum 4+ years experience in the direct marketing industry
- Minimum 4+ years list circulation or client service experience preferred
