Women's intimate apparel and lingerie mailer Lady Grace has been
providing superior products and services to women for nearly 70 years.
Lady Grace joined Wiland Direct to find incremental names at an
affordable cost. The company has tested several pre-validated response
models and continues to increase the quantity of names taken from
Wiland Direct.
"We have been very impressed with our results with Wiland," said Bruce
Green, Director of Finance and Marketing. "Our results have improved as
their database has strengthened."
In a December 2005 mailing, Wiland Direct names indexed at 148, nearly
50% better than the average performance of the other outside lists.
Wiland Direct also performed well in the January 2006 mailing. Beyond
performance, the names provided by Wiland are supplemental, netting an
average of 92% in the merge across three mailings.
"We have been extremely happy with the average order size generated,
which has far exceeded that of any other list," added Green. "We are
also very happy that a very high percentage of the names generated have
been fresh ones, so we have been able to combine solid response with
low acquisition cost."
