CONSUMER OPT-OUT POLICY

Wiland Direct maintains a cooperative database, known as the Wiland Direct Cooperative Database.

Collection of Personal Information

Clients of the Wiland Direct Cooperative Database contribute their customer's contact information, purchase information, and promotion history. In addition to client-supplied data, Wiland Direct also utilizes third-party information licensed from other business entities.

Wiland Direct DOES NOT COLLECT, ACCEPT OR STORE personal information such as:
• Social Security Numbers;
• Drivers License Numbers or Records;
• Banking Information;
• Credit Card Numbers;
• Criminal Records;
• Doctor or Hospital Records.

Consumer Opt-Out

A consumer may opt-out of the Wiland Direct Cooperative Database, by sending an email to optout@wilanddirect.com , with a subject line of Opt-Out and include the following information:

Within 14 days of receiving your opt-out request, Wiland Direct will confirm that we have honored your request and added you to our “do not mail” list. Opting-out will suppress your record in the Wiland Direct Cooperative Database, omitting it from future selections by Wiland Direct Members for three years, after which time you may register again. While this will make your contact information no longer available to participant companies in the Wiland Direct Cooperative Database, it does not mean that you will not receive catalogs or other marketing promotions due to other non-Wiland Direct means.
