A Message from Phil Wiland
I have enjoyed over 40 successful years in the direct marketing business. My first company, Wiland Services, grew to serve hundreds of clients because our software was excellent and our service was superior. In my second career, I founded several successful catalogs. At Wiland Direct, my team and I have combined this unique experience to create an unparalleled consumer transaction database that now serves thousands of companies and organizations. We are determined to be the best, and we are dedicated to achieving two primary objectives:
- Help our Members achieve their profit and growth objectives;
- Provide our Members excellent service and produce superior response on high volume.
This is more than just talk. We deliver. Nearly 90% of the time the names we provide from our proprietary models perform in the top half of all outside lists. These outstanding results occur in each of the markets we serve. Our Members are gaining new customers they would not have otherwise found. They are also improving their bottom line using our housefile models.
We are also committed to the philosophy, "What is good for our Members is good for us." Being the best is not one-dimensional. It requires excellence in every aspect of our business. Fundamentally, this is a matter of dedication. Wiland Direct is dedicated to putting Member interests first and building a team of professionals who share that dedication. The core of our team has been with me for many years, and most of our newer team members have substantial experience in direct marketing.
